Terms of Occupation

Offices are available for occupation on payment of one month’s Licence Fee in advance plus one month’s deposit, refundable on termination of occupancy.

You may stay as long as you wish or end your tenancy by giving three months' notice.

Car Parking

There is ample free car parking for both tenants and visitors.

Reception Facilities

Our receptionist will take all your incoming calls and messages when you are away from the office or otherwise unavailable. Visitors will be welcomed in the reception area and you will be notified of their arrival.

Licence Fee

Your monthly licence fee covers:

rent, rates and buildings' insurance
full reception facilities and telephone installation
lighting / heating / power
repairs and maintenance of property
security
cleaning and decoration of common areas
car parking for tenants and visitors

Additional Services

The following additional services are not included in the licence fee and are available on request:
