Terms of Occupation
Offices are available for occupation on payment of one month’s Licence Fee in advance plus one month’s deposit, refundable on termination of occupancy.
You may stay as long as you wish or end your tenancy by giving three months' notice.
Access
Access to the serviced offices at Park Hall Business Village is on a 24-hour, 7 days a week basis.
Car Parking
There is ample free car parking for both tenants and visitors.
Reception Facilities
Our receptionist will take all your incoming calls and messages when you are away from the office or otherwise unavailable.
Visitors will be welcomed in the reception area and you will be notified of their arrival.
Licence Fee
Your monthly licence fee covers:
